摘　　要：为了保证港口机械运行机构减速机部分的运行更加稳定且安全,就需要进行远程化、无人化、精准化的状态监测,介绍了港机减速机的在线监测方案,并分析了减速机多渠道进行数据采集的方法结合电动机转速、负荷等设备的运行状态参数和设备的详细信息,可有效地发现设备的早期故障及发生部位。In order to ensure a more stable and safe operation of the reducer part of the port machinery operating mechanism,it is necessary to carry out remote,unmanned,and accurate state monitoring.This article introduces the online monitoring scheme of the port machinery reducer,and analyzes the multi-channel data collection method of the reducer,combined with the operating state parameters and detailed information of equipment such as motor speed and load.It can effectively detect early failures and locations of equipment.
