摘 要:医用硅橡胶具有抗老化、无毒无味、生物相容性好、机械性能优异等特点,因而被广泛应用于医学、生物学等领域。硅橡胶与人体组织接触时,易发生细菌感染问题,其抗菌性成为重点研究方向。主要综述了抗菌性硅橡胶的表面改性和本体改性,简单介绍了硅橡胶使用所需的三种不同的抗菌剂,并结合其他文献对抗菌性医用硅橡胶材料所必备的生物相容性、亲水性和抗菌性做出叙述。Medical silicone rubber has the characteristics of anti-aging,non-toxic and odorless,good biocompatibility,and excellent mechanical properties,thus it is widely used in the fields of medicine and biology.Silicone rubber is prone to bacterial infection problems when in contact with human tissues,and its antimicrobial properties have become a key research direction.We mainly review the surface modification and ontology modification of antimicrobial silicone rubber,briefly introduce three different antimicrobial agents required for the use of silicone rubber,and make a description of the biocompatibility,hydrophilicity,and antimicrobial properties necessary for antimicrobial medical silicone rubber materials in conjunction with other literature.
