摘　　要：高温缓蚀剂是抑制环烷酸腐蚀最经济有效的方法之一。进口高温缓蚀剂效果好,但价格昂贵,高温缓蚀剂国产化非常必要。将自主研制的高温缓蚀剂HYH-C在国内某炼油厂进行了现场应用,能使常二线铁离子浓度不高于1mg/L,减二线铁离子浓度不高于3mg/L,减三线铁离子浓度不高于10mg/L,效果良好,满足了生产要求,值得推广。High temperature corrosion inhibitor is one of the most economical and effective methods to inhibit naphthenic acid corrosion.The imported high temperature corrosion inhibitor has good effect,but its price is expensive.It is necessary to make the high temperature corrosion inhibitor domestically.The self-developed high temperature corrosion inhibitor HYH-C has been applied in a refinery in China,which can make the concentration of 2nd atmospheric iron not higher than 1mg/L,2nd vacuum iron not higher than 3mg/L,third vacuum iron not higher than 10mg/L.The application result is good,meets the production request,is worth popularizing.
