纳米陶瓷内衬耐磨防腐涂层在高含硫净化装置的耐蚀性能研究

摘  要:普光气田净化装置在法检中发现部分管线高含H2S、高压高温管道直管段、弯头等存在严重减薄,运行期间曾多次发生泄漏,严重影响装置安全平稳运行。通过对不同型号的纳米陶瓷涂层进行耐酸性试验、耐碱性试验、胺腐蚀试验及综合力学性能试验分析得出:NC-ARC-01型纳米陶瓷涂层为最优高含硫净化装置管道纳米陶瓷材料组分。During the legal inspection of the purification unit in Puguang Gas Field,it was found that some pipelines contain high H2S,straight sections of high pressure and high temperature pipelines,elbows,etc.have been seriously thinned,and many leaks have occurred during operation,which seriously affected the safe and stable operation of the unit.Through the analysis of acid resistance test,alkali resistance test,amine corrosion test and comprehensive mechanical property test of different types of nano ceramic coatings,it is concluded that NC-ARC-01 nano ceramic coating is the optimal component of nano ceramic materials for high sulfur purification device pipelines.
