摘　　要：通过系统回顾和分析改革开放以来我国围绕“建设什么样的社会主义现代化国家”开展的理论探索,厘清中国特色社会主义现代化国家特征的演化与脉络,指出绿色化、低碳化与生态化是中国式现代化的显著特征与必由之路,以“绿色化、低碳化、生态化”推进中国式现代化必须加快新型能源体系建设,积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和。进而提出加快建设新型能源体系必须遵循立足资源禀赋,坚持先立后破,保障能源安全,坚持多能融合,注重风险防范,坚持小步快跑等原则。最后详细阐述新型能源体系建设路径,指出必须实现低碳链、创新链、产业链、价值链、政策链和宣传链的协同耦合。The article provides a systematic review and analysis of China’s theoretical exploration on“what kind of socialist modernization country to be built”since the reform and opening-up.It clarifies the evolution and context of the features of the socialist modernization country with Chinese characteristics,and emphasizes that greenization,low-carbonization,and ecologization are significant characteristics and necessary paths for Chinese-style modernization.To promote Chinese-style modernization through“greenization,low-carbonization,and ecologization”,it is essential to accelerate the construction of the new-type energy system,actively and prudently promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Based on this,the article proposes the principles that must be followed to accelerate the construction of the new-type energy system,such as taking resource endowment as the foundation,prioritizing the establishment before breaking down the old,ensuring energy security,promoting the integration of various energies,emphasizing risk prevention,and advancing cautiously but steadily.Finally,the article provides a detailed analysis of the path for constructing the new-type energy system and emphasizes the importance of achieving synergy and coupling among the low-carbon chain,innovation chain,industry chain,value chain,policy chain,and publicity chain.
