摘　　要：2016年,基于学科交叉的知识互融、立德树人的育人宗旨、以人为本的团队文化和服务地方的工作基础4方面举措,7位教师组建江苏海洋大学海洋生物天然产物化学科研团队。发展至今,科研团队获得一系列科研教研成果。该文以将社会主义核心价值观融入江苏海洋大学海洋生物天然产物化学科研团队发展过程为例,明确社会主义核心价值观在地方本科高校科研团队建设中强有力的指导作用。In 2016,seven teachers formed the Jiangsu Ocean University Marine Biology and Natural Product Chemistry Research Team based on four initiatives,including the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge,the educational purpose of cultivating virtue and talent,the people-oriented team culture,and the work foundation of serving the local area.Up to now,the research team has achieved a series of research and teaching achievements.This article takes the integration of socialist core values into the development process of the marine biology and natural product chemistry research team at Jiangsu Ocean University as an example,clarifying the strong guiding role of socialist core values in the construction of local undergraduate university research teams.
