摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗26例肱骨近端骨折患者。记录术后骨折复位、愈合情况以及并发症发生情况。术后3个月采用肩关节功能Neer评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间3~6个月。术后1例切口感染,经抗感染治疗后愈合。术后X线片显示骨折均复位良好,术后3个月骨折端及周围骨痂生长良好,骨皮质连续性恢复,骨折线均消失。术后3个月采用肩关节功能Neer评分评价疗效:优11例,良10例,可4例,差1例,优良率21/26。结论肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有操作简单、肩关节功能恢复好、并发症少等优点。Objective To investigate the effect of proximal humeral locking plate internal fixation on proximal humerus fractures.Methods The 26 cases of proximal humerus fracture were treated with open reduction and proximal humeral locking plate internal fixation.The postoperative fracture reduction,healing condition and complications were recorded.At 3 months after operation,the therapeutic effect was evaluated by Neer scores of the shoulder joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 3~6 months.One case of incision infection was cured after anti-infection and dressing change.Postoperative radiographs showed that all fractures were well reduced,and at 3 months after surgery,the fracture end and the surrounding callus grew well,the continuity of the bone cortex recovered,and the fracture lines were disappeared.At 3 months after surgery,the therapeutic effect was evaluated by Neer scores of the shoulder joint function:excellent 11 cases,good 10,fair 4,poor 1,with a excellent-good rate of 21/26.Conclusions Proximal humeral locking plate internal fixation of proximal humerus for proximal humerus fracture has the advantages of simple operation,better functional recovery of shoulder joint and fewer complications.
