摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法采用闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗25例股骨颈骨折患者。记录骨折愈合及并发症发生情况。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。切口均一期愈合。术后无肺部感染、泌尿系统感染、下肢深静脉血栓、压疮、螺钉断钉及切割出股骨头等并发症发生。24例骨折均顺利愈合,1例发生股骨头坏死。结论采用闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折能达到精准复位,有效保证力学稳定性,最大限度改善髋关节功能,减少骨折不愈合、股骨头坏死的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and cannulated compression screw internal fixation for femoral neck fracture.Methods The 25 cases of femoral neck fractures were treated with closed reduction and cannulated compression screw internal fixation.Fracture healing situation and complications were recorded.Results All patients were followed up for 6~12 months.All incisions healed in one-stage.There were no postoperative complications such as pulmonary infection,urinary system infection,lower extremity venous thrombosis,pressure ulcers,screw breakage and femoral head cutting.The 24 cases of fractures healed smoothly,and 1 case had femoral head necrosis.Conclusions In the treatment of femoral neck fracture,closed reduction and cannulated compression screw internal fixation can provide accurate reduction,effectively ensure mechanical stability,maximize the improvement of clinical function,reduce the incidence of nonunion and femoral head necrosis.
