摘  要:目的探讨腓骨头上入路胫骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台后外侧髁骨折的临床疗效。方法采用腓骨头上入路胫骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗25例胫骨平台后外侧髁骨折患者。记录骨折愈合情况及并发症发生情况,末次随访根据Rasmussen评分系统评价膝关节功能。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~24个月。骨折愈合时间9~12周。未发生切口感染、神经损伤、骨折移位及内固定松动或断裂等并发症。末次随访时根据Rasmussen评分系统评价膝关节功能:优17例,良6例,可2例,优良率23/25。结论腓骨头上入路胫骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台后外侧髁骨折操作简单,空间显露充分,固定安全有效,可取得满意的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of supra-fibular-head approach proximal tibial locking compression plate for posterolateral condyle fracture of the tibial plateau.Methods The 25 patients with tibial plateau posterolateral condyle fractures were adopted with supra-fibular-head approach proximal tibial compression locking plate,and the fracture healing situation and the occurrence of complications were recorded,knee joint function was evaulated according to Rasmussen scoring system at the last follow-up.Results The postoperative follow-up time was 6~24 months in all patients.The fracture healing time was 9~12 weeks.There was no complication such as wound infection,nerve injury or fracture displacement,and the internal fixation loosening or fracture during the follow-up period,and the knee joint function evaluated with Rasmussen scoring system at the last follow-up:17 cases were excellent,6 good,2 fair,the excellent-good rate was 23/25.Conclusions In the treatment of posterolateral condyle fracture of tibial plateau,the supra-fibular-head approach proximal tibial locking compression plate is simple,with sufficient spatial exposure,safe and effective fixation,and which can achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect.
