摘  要:基于飞轮储能电机功率密度高、需要真空环境运行等特点,为了保证定子的绝缘效果和结构强度以及利于定子的温升控制,决定对其采用灌封工艺处理。首先调研并选取了合适的灌封胶,然后根据实际工况设计了两种不同的定子灌封工装,还理清了从前期准备到开始灌封以及后处理等方面的各个关键点。现已多次在飞轮储能电机的定子灌封实践中得到了有效验证,对其他类型电机的灌封也有参考价值。Based on the characteristics of high power density and the vacuum environment operation requirement,the flywheel energy storage motor has adopted the potting technology to ensure the insulation effect,structural strength and temperature-rise control of the stator.Firstly,the suitable potting glue was investigated and selected,and then two different stator potting toolings were designed according to the actual working conditions.The various key points were clarified from the preliminary preparation to the potting start and potting post-processing.It has been effectively verified in the practice potting for many times,which has some reference for potting of other types of motors.
