摘  要:随着新能源汽车技术不断进步,人们越来越关注驱动系统开发,该系统直接关系到电机对能源利用率,影响到汽车的性能。目前驱动电机主要有交流感应电机,永磁同步电机和开关磁阻电机。而应用最广的为永磁同步电机。永磁同步电机具有结构简单、体积小、效率高等优点,但为进一步提高电机的转矩密度,越来越多学者将磁场调制技术应用于轮毂电机,因此从永磁游标轮毂电机参数设计、定子结构、转子结构等方面进行计算、优化,通过软件模拟分析变化趋势,设计合理的冷却系统,优化电机设计参数。With the continuous progress of new energy vehicle technology,people pay more and more attention to the development of its drive system.The system is directly related to the energy utilization rate of the electric motor,and then affects the performance of the vehicle.At present,the drive motors mainly consist of AC induction motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and switched reluctance motor,and the most widely used one is PMSM.PMSM has the advantages of simple structure,small size and high efficiency.However,in order to further improve the torque density of the motor,more and more scholars apply the magnetic field modulation technology to the hub motor.Therefore,this paper carries out the calculation and optimization in aspects of parameters design,stator structure and rotor structure of the permanent magnet vernier hub motor,and analyzes the changing trend through software simulation so as to design reasonable cooling system and optimize the design parameters of the motor.
