摘　　要：电机冲片的质量和材料利用率一直是电机行业关注的焦点问题。现介绍了一种电机冲片废料智能再加工系统,该系统由自动送料装置、废料侧吸装置和冲片智能回收装置组成。通过该系统的使用提高了硅钢片的利用率和劳动生产率,解决圆片送料存在的安全隐患问题。The quality and material utilization rate of the punch have always been the focus in the field of electric machine industry.This paper introduces an intelligent reprocessing system for the punching scrap,which consists of automatic feeding device,scrap side suction device and punching intelligent recovery device.By using this system,the utilization rate and labor productivity of silicon steel sheet are improved,which solves the hidden safety problem of circular sheet feeding.
