异步特种电机用动压轴承性能仿真与试验研究

摘  要:屏蔽电机作为动压滑动轴承支撑的转子系统,要求具备高可靠性。为保证异步屏蔽电机系统的安全稳定运行,支撑异步屏蔽电机转子的动压滑动轴承也必须具备极高的安全性与稳定性。为了研究异步屏蔽电机动压滑动轴承的安全性与稳定性,详细介绍了流体润滑轴承的理论基础,并使用经典紊流修正系数对Reynolds方程进行了修正,计算出了动压滑动轴承的静、动特性参数。采用有限元方法对计算域进行了离散与求解,分析了异步屏蔽电机动压滑动轴承在典型工况下的水膜特性,并研究了转速、载荷、载荷角、轴瓦间隙、宽度、导程等参数对异步屏蔽电机轴承的动静特性的影响规律。As a rotor system supported by dynamic pressure sleeve bearing,the canned motor should have high reliability.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of asynchronous canned motor system,the dynamic pressure sleeve bearing which supporting the rotor of asynchronous canned motor also should have extreme high safety and stability.This paper firstly introduces the theoretical basis of fluid lubrication bearings in detail,modifies the Reynolds equation with classical turbulence correction coefficient,and calculates the static and dynamic characteristic parameters of the bearings.And then,through separating and solving the calculation domain with finite-element method,this paper analyzes the water film characteristics of the bearings of the motor under typical working condition,and researches the influence law of the parameters such as the speed,load and load angle as well as the bush clearance,width and lead on the dynamic and static characteristics of the motor bearings.
