摘 要:结合增材制造轻量化、节能化液压阀块的设计准则,设计了一种轻量化液压阀块,利用熔融沉积成形技术(FDM)制造成形。通过正交试验研究FDM成形工艺中的打印温度、层厚和填充率等因素对液压阀块力学性能的影响。结果表明,三因素对液压阀块试件最大承载力的影响由强到弱依次为层厚、打印温度、填充率,其中,层厚对试件最大承载力影响显著,三因素交互作用对试验结果没有影响;当打印温度为190℃,层厚为0.3 mm,填充率为20%时,试件具有最大承载力;三因素对试件总吸能性的影响与其对试件最大承载力的影响结果一致,验证了该液压阀块力学性能正交试验结果的正确性。Based on the design criteria of lightweight and energy-saving hydraulic valve block in additive manufacturing,a light⁃weight hydraulic valve block was designed,and FDM was used to manufacture it.The effects of printing temperature,layer thick⁃ness,and filling ratio on the mechanical properties of hydraulic valve blocks in FDM forming process were studied through or⁃thogonal experiments.The results show that the influence of the three factors on the maximum bearing capacity of the hydraulic valve block specimen from strong to weak is in order of layer thickness,printing temperature,and filling rate.Among them,the layer thickness has a significant impact on the maximum bearing capacity of the specimen,while the interaction of the three fac⁃tors has no impact on the test results.When the printing temperature is 190℃,the layer thickness is 0.3 mm,and the filling rate is 20%,the specimen has the maximum bearing capacity.The effects of three factors on the total energy absorption of the speci⁃men are consistent with the results of their effects on the maximum bearing capacity of the specimen.The correctness of the or⁃thogonal test results of the mechanical properties of the hydraulic valve block is verified.
