摘  要:TM210A超高强度钢属于马氏体时效钢,具有强度高、韧性好、热处理工艺简单、焊接性能好及冷热加工性能良好等特点,航空工业庆安集团有限公司大量应用该材料,主要用于作动系统中的关键零部件。内花键接头就是作动系统中比较有代表性的一类零件,主要起传递转速和扭矩的作用,该材料沉淀硬化后硬度≥51 HRC,因为硬度过高,该零件内花键无法在沉淀硬化后加工,只能通过在沉淀硬化前将内花键加工到合适尺寸,经过沉淀硬化后,零件经过收缩变形仍能满足内花键的尺寸要求。通过对内花键接头的加工工艺进行分析,重点介绍了插齿刀具和插齿工装的选用要点,并通过试验摸索出了内花键接头热处理变形规律,同时配合国标内花键塞规的应用,减少了热处理后研磨内花键的低效环节,提高了零件的产出效率。TM210A ultra-high strength steel belonged to martensite aging steel,which had the characteristics of high strength,good toughness,simple heat treatment process,good weld ability,good cold and hot process ability and so on,which was widely used in AVIC Qing’an Group Co.,Ltd.,mainly in the key parts of the actuation system.The internal spline joint was a representative part in the actuating system,which mainly played the role of transferring speed and torque.The hardness of the material was≥51 HRC after precipitation hardening.Because the hardness was too high,the internal spline could not be processed after precipitation hardening,only the inner spline was processed to the appropriate size before the precipitation hardening,after precipitation hardening,the parts after shrinkage deformation could still meet the size requirements of internal spline joints.Through analyzing processing technic of internal spline joints,the key points of selecting gear shaping tools and gear shaping equipment were introduced.Through experiments,the deformation rule of internal spline joint heat treatment was found out.At the same time,with the application of the GB internal spline plug gauge,the inefficient link of grinding internal spline after heat treatment could be reduced and the output efficiency of parts was improved.
