摘  要:随着轨道交通城轨智慧化不断发展,城市轨道交通逐步向无人驾驶应用场景发展,对涉及安全功能的安全回路安全等级的要求也在逐步提高。作为站台门系统中至关重要的信号控制设备,应在安全性方面率先达到目标,这对站台门系统的所有部件的模块化设计要求也会进一步提高。同时,随着轨道交通客运量不断增大,运维效率提高也是国内外城市轨道交通发展的方向,从智慧化的角度提升运营效率的必要性越来越高,故障件快速维修、故障快速排查的要求越发明显。因此,基于站台门逻辑控制单元的安全性、标准化、模组化、在线快速更换的发展方向,逻辑控制单元SIL4功能模块将是一款更适用于全自动运行的全功能、多元化、智能型功能模块,有助于提升功能安全性、可靠性以及运营效率。With the continuous development of the wisdom of urban rail transit,urban rail transit has been gradually developing to the driverless application scenario,and the safety level requirements of safety loop involving safety functions were also gradually improving.As a crucial signal control equipment in the platform door system,it should be the first to achieve the goal in terms of safety,which further improved the modular design requirements of all components of the platform door system.At the same time,with the increasing passenger volume of rail transit,the improvement of operation and maintenance efficiency was also the development direction of urban rail transit at home and abroad.It has been increasingly necessary to improve operation efficiency from the perspective of wisdom,and the requirement of quick maintenance of fault parts and quick troubleshooting of fault was more and more obvious.Therefore,based on the safety of the logic control unit,standardization and modularization,and the development direction of online rapid change of platform gate logic control unit,the logic control unit SIL4 function module was a module that was suitable for the existing automatic fully functional,diversified,intelligent function module,which helped to improve functional safety,reliability and operational efficiency.
