摘 要:针对某雷达铝合金零件在阳极氧化铬酸盐封闭处理后出现局部腐蚀的问题进行研究,分析产生局部腐蚀问题的原因,设计试验验证了铬酸盐封闭溶液状态、铝合金阳极氧化膜厚度、挂具材质等因素对腐蚀行为的影响,针对原因提出了改进措施并对效果进行了验证。结果表明:铝合金零件在阳极氧化后铬酸盐封闭过程中,铝合金零件与钛合金挂具在溶液中直接接触,两者会发生严重的电偶腐蚀现象,导致铝合金零件表面出现局部腐蚀问题。使用铝合金挂具或减小钛合金挂具与溶液的接触面积,能够有效避免腐蚀问题的发生,获得满足要求的阳极氧化铬酸盐封闭表面。It was studied that the problem of local corrosion of a radar aluminum alloy parts after anodized and chromate sealing treatment,and the causes of local corrosion were analyzed.The effects of chromate sealing solution,anodized film thickness of aluminum alloy,hanging material and other factors on corrosion behavior were verified by designed test,and in view of the reasons,improvement measures were put forward and the effects were verified.The results showed that serious galvanic corrosion would occur when the aluminum alloy parts were in direct contact with the titanium alloy hangers in the solution during the chromate sealing process after anodizing,which leaded to local corrosion on the surface of aluminum alloy parts.By using aluminum alloy hangers or reducing the contact area between titanium alloy hangers and solution,it could effectively avoid the occurrence of corrosion problems and obtain the anodized chromate sealing surface that meeting the requirements.
