秋水仙素在诱导我国果树多倍体的应用研究进展

摘　　要：多倍体育种是创造和选育果树新品种的重要途径,秋水仙素是目前果树多倍体诱导使用最广泛和有效的试剂。对近年来我国果树在秋水仙素多倍体诱导方面的应用进行了概述。包括利用秋水仙素诱变已经获得多倍体的果树种类及其品种,诱导多倍体的途径及倍性鉴定方法,指出目前果树存在获得新品种较少及嵌合体问题,并对上述问题给出相应的解决策略及建议。Polyploid breeding is an important way to create and select new cultivars of fruit trees.At present,colchicine is the most widely used and effective reagent for fruit trees polyploid induction.This paper reviewed research progress on polyploid induction of fruit trees using colchicine in recent years,including achievements of polyploid species and varieties,induction pathways and identification methods and figured out problems of lack of new cultivars and chimera.Then,corresponding solutions and suggestions were given.
