摘 要:在本溪思山岭铁矿垂直充填钻孔施工过程中,由于地层岩石致密、岩石可钻性低、研磨性高、破碎困难,如使用常规牙轮普钻钻进工艺不仅机械转速低,钻头寿命短,而且还无法保障充填钻孔的井身轨迹和质量,从而影响充填管下放及安装。文章介绍了思山岭铁矿垂直充填钻孔的钻进技术,采用空气潜孔锤钻进、常规牙轮正循环回转钻进和牙轮复合钻进配合HLMWD无线随钻测斜仪进行作业,牙轮扩孔方式完钻。通过优化钻具组合、调整钻进参数,井身轨迹得到了良好的控制,最大井斜、井底水平位移、最大全角变化率、井底闭合方位均符合井身质量要求,在确保井身轨迹相对平滑的前提下精准入巷中靶。During a construction process of the vertical filling holes in Benxi Sishanling Iron Mine,due to the compact formation rock,low drillability of the rock,high grinding and broken difficulty,if the conventional roller bit applied to the drilling process,not only the mechanical speed would be low and the bit would have a short service life,also the hole body trajectory and quality of the filling holes could not be ensured and thus the filling pipe lower down and installation would be affected.The paper had an introduction on the drilling technology of the vertical filling holes in Sishanling Iron Mine.The air downhole hammer was applied to the drilling,the conventional roller bit was applied to the normal circular rotary drilling and the roller bit drilling operated with the HLMWD wireless drilling clinometer and finally the hole was completed with the reaming of the roller bit.With the optimization of the drilling assembly and the adjustment of the drilling parameters,the hole body trajectory was well controlled.The higher hole inclination,the horizontal displacement of the hole bottom,the max variance ratio of the full angle and the closure azimuth of the hole bottom all met the quality requirement of the hole body.To ensure the relative smooth to the hole body trajectory,the target in the mine roadway was accurately hit.
