摘 要:矿井建设随着科学技术的不断进步与发展,在机械化、自动化、智能化施工方面不断创新发展。面对我国劳动力市场日益紧张的严峻形势和应对复杂地质环境的不安全因素,全断面岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)施工技术成为矿井巷道施工的引领者和未来发展的主要方向。但TBM施工面对破碎、软弱、高温、高压等复杂的地质赋存环境,亟需对TBM设备进行革新改良,以更好地适应施工环境,创造安全高效的施工条件。对山东新巨龙煤矿采用TBM法施工的实际应用中存在的问题进行总结分析,通过处理软弱岩帮,确保TBM撑靴处围岩稳定,保证撑靴支撑力,保持TBM推进力,并同时对回风大巷顶板支护进行了研讨。论文的研究对于TBM全断面掘进机施工在煤矿领域的施工具有一定参考价值。With a continuous progress and development of the science and technology,the mine construction had a continuous innovation and development in the mechanized,automation and intelligent construction.Faced to the growing tension severe situation of the labor market in China and to reply the unsafe factors of the complex geological environment,the full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)construction technology became the leader of mine roadway construction and the main direction of the future development.Faced to the broken,weak,high temperature,high pressure and other complicated geological environment by the construction of the TBM,the TBM equipment should have an innovation and improvement in order to better fit the construction environment and to create a safe and efficient construction condition.The paper had a summary analysis on the problems existed in the actual application of the TBM construction in Shandong Xinjulong Mine.The treatment of the weak rock sidewall could ensure the surrounding rock stability at the TBM gripper shoes,could assure the support power of the gripper shoes and could keep the TBM propulsive force.Meanwhile the paper had a discussion on the roof support of the mine air return roadway.The study of the paper could have a certain reference value to the TBM construction in the coal mines.
