摘　　要：运用文献资料法分析得出新发展阶段高校体育课程思政高质量建设的现实困境包括,育人规范塑造缺失、教师“非言语行为”偏形、课程体系尚未健全、教学监管执行欠佳、“过程性评价”机制缺位等。动力机制:政策支持驱动力、教学改革生长力、思政育人需求力、问题凸显迸发力。优化路径:革新顶层设计组织保障,严促体育教学改革落地;增设教学场域化氛围体验,营造教师“主体性自觉”行为养成;完善专业课程内容体系,引领课程思政建设示范;逐级夯实“立德树人”理念,构建“信息+”监管模式;补足全过程评价短板,打造“寻因弥足式”共治格局。By using the method of literature analysis,it is concluded that the practical dilemmas in the construction of high quality ideological and political education curriculum in colleges and universities in the new development stage include the lack of normative shaping of education,the deviation of teachers'"non-verbal behavior",the incomplete curriculum system,the poor implementation of teaching supervision,and the absence of"process evaluation"mechanism.Dynamic mechanism:driving force of policy support,growth force of teaching reform,demand force of ideological and political education,bursting force of problem prominence.Optimization path:innovating the organizational guarantee of top-level design,strictly promoting the implementation of physical education teaching reform;Add teaching field atmosphere experience,create teachers"subjective consciousness"behavior;Improve the content system of professional courses and lead the demonstration of ideological and political construction of courses;Step by step,strengthen the concept of"cultivating virtues and people",and construct the supervision mode of"information+";Make up for weaknesses in the whole process of evaluation,and create a"fact-finding and meet-footed"co-governance pattern.
