高熔体强度TPEE的制备及流变性能研究

摘　　要：通过添加扩链剂,在螺杆中进行反应挤出,制备吹塑级TPEE,并采用红外光谱分析、差示扫描分析、旋转流变分析、拉伸流变分析对材料的结构、热性能和流变性能进行了表征。在螺杆的高效剪切与混合下,扩链剂与TPEE充分反应,随着扩链剂的添加量提高,样品熔融指数从5.6 g/10 min降至1.7 g/10 min。此外,样品的结晶温度先提高后下降,而熔融温度没有明显变化。旋转流变结果表明,加入扩链剂后,分子内存在明显的支化结构,且随着扩链剂加入量提高,分子量和支化程度逐渐提高。在拉伸流变测试中,当扩链剂量达到0.7时,TPEE有明显的应变硬化,是吹塑级材料的典型特征,而当添加量达到1.5时,熔体强度与Hyt-4275相当,可以替代Hyt-4275材料从而打破国外垄断。Blow-molded TPEE was prepared by reactive extrusion with chain extender.Infrared spectrum analysis,differential scanning analysis,rotational rheological analysis and tensile rheological analysis were used to charactize the structure,thermal properties and rheological properties.With the increase of the amount of chain extender,the melting index of the sample decreases from 5.6 g/10 min to 1.7 g/10 min.In addition,the crystallization temperature of the samples first increased and then decreased,but the melting temperature did not change obviously.The results of rotational rheology showed that the branched structure existed in the molecule after the addition of chain extender,and the molecular weight and branched structure gradually increased with the increase of the amount of chain extender.In the tensile rheological test,when the chain extension dose reaches 0.7,TPEE has obvious strain hardening,which is a typical feature of blow molding grade materials.When the addition amount reaches 1.5,the melt strength is comparable to that of Hyt-4275 materials,which can replace Hyt-4275 materials and break the foreign monopoly.
