摘 要:随着我国经济的发展与人口的增长,用水量日益增加,因此城镇污水处理厂中产生的剩余污泥量也随之增加,但污泥中的磷元素却得不到有效的回收利用。若将挥发性脂肪酸对聚磷菌厌氧释磷的诱导作用与污泥水解酸化两个过程进行结合,可实现磷的更高效回收。本文深入研究了挥发性脂肪酸对聚磷菌厌氧释磷的诱导作用,并研究了污泥厌氧发酵过程中产生挥发性脂肪酸的影响因素。结果表明:强化厌氧释磷的最适碳源(乙酸钠)浓度为200 mg/L(在室温、弱碱性条件下)。不同预处理方式对污泥的发酵产酸效果有着不同程度的提高,实验测得碱处理效果最好,热处理次之,酸处理效果最差。上述结果对探索污泥中磷元素的高效回收工艺具有重要意义。With the development of economy and the growth of population of our country,the water consumption is increasing day by day,so the amount of surplus sludge in sewage treatment plants increases with it,but the phosphorus element in sludge cannot be recycled effectively.If the induction effect of volatile fatty acids on the anaerobic release of phosphorus from phosphorus accumulating bacteria is combined with the two processes of sludge hydrolysis and acidification,phosphorus recovery can be achieved more efficiently.In view of this,the induction of volatile fatty acids on the anaerobic release of phosphorus from phosphorus-accumulating bacteria and the influencing factors of the production of volatile fatty acids during the anaerobic fermentation of sludge were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum concentration of carbon source(sodium acetate)was 200 mg/L(at room temperature and weak alkaline condition).Different pretreatment methods have different degrees of improvement on the acid production effect of sludge fermentation.The experimental results show that the alkali treatment has the best effect,followed by heat treatment,and acid treatment has the worst effect.The above results are of great significance to explore the efficient recovery process of phosphorus from sludge.
