摘  要:阐述了浓度为(10.0~50.0)×10^(-6)(mol/mol)的空气中氨气体标准物质研制的过程及方法,该标准物质严格按照GB/T5274.1-2018《气体分析校准用混合气体的制备第1部分:称量法制备一级混合气体》所规定的方法制备。采用研究开发的傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)对所研制的标准物质进行了均匀性和稳定性考察,研究结果表明:在所研制浓度范围内,该标准物质具有良好的随压力和时间压力变化均匀性和稳定性,扩展不确定度为2%,贮存有效期为6个月,达到预期研制目标。该标准物质已成功申报为国家二级气体标准物质,标物号为GBW(E)063213。The process and method of developing ammonia gas reference material in air with concentration of(10.0~50.0)×10^(-6)(mol/mol)are described.The reference material is strictly in accordance with GB/T 5274.1-2018"Preparation of gas mixture for gas analysis and calibration part 1:"Preparation of primary gas Mixture by Weighing method".Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to investigate the homogeneity and stability of the certified reference materials.The results showed that the certified reference materials had good time-pressure homogeneity and stability within the developed concentration range,the expanded uncertainty was 2%,and the storage validity was 6 months,which reached the expected development goal.The certified reference material has been successfully declared as a national secondary gas reference material with the reference number GBW(E)063213.
