摘　　要：涂料工程调配工艺粉料系统涉及到的工序包括粉碎、分级、干燥、混合、除尘、输送、包装等。基于粉料操作工序的实际情况,给出了具体而有针对性的工程设计及解决方案。详细描述了涂料工程中,正压稀相单点取料多点下料调配系统,以及负压稀相多点取料单点下料调配系统的工程流程,并对流程中涉及的特种设备及特殊控制方案进行了相应的阐述。The powder system involved in the blending process of coating engineering includes crushing,grading,drying,mixing,dust removal,conveying and packaging.Based on the actual situation of powder operation process,specific and targeted engineering design and solutions are given.This paper describes in detail the engineering process of positive pressure thin phase single point taking and multi-point discharging blending system,and negative pressure thin phase multi-point taking and single-point discharging blending system,and describes the special equipment and special control scheme involved in the process.
