摘 要:针对老龄垃圾渗滤液由于低C/N比的水质特征,需要强烈依赖外加碳源脱氮导致运行成本过高的难题,研究厌氧氨氧化对垃圾渗滤液的自养脱氮处理能力以及适应性。采用提高氮浓度和缩短HRT的方式实现厌氧氨氧化菌的快速富集,并通过逐步提高进水垃圾渗滤液含量的方式,实现厌氧氨氧化菌对垃圾渗滤液的适应,在无外加有机碳源的情况下,实现高效自养脱氮,脱氮负荷稳定在0.67 kgN/m3/d,脱氮效率达到80%以上。即使在系统崩溃的情况下,也能在10天内恢复稳定。研究结果对于厌氧氨氧化技术在垃圾渗滤液等高氨氮废水的实际工程应用中具有较强的参考意义,为新型低碳脱氮工艺的运用提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the problem that the high operating cost of aging landfill leachate due to the low C/N ratio of water quality and strong dependence on external carbon source,the autotrophic nitrogen removal treatment capacity and adaptability of anaerobic ammonia oxidation to landfill leachate were studied.The rapid enrichment of anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria(AnAOB)was realized by increasing the nitrogen concentration and shortening HRT,and the adaptation of AnAOB on the landfill leachate by gradually increasing the content of the influent landfill leachate was realize d.The efficient autotrophic nitrogen removal was achieved without additional organic carbon source by anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction.The denitrification load was stable at 0.67 kgN/m3/d,and the denitrification efficiency reached more than 80%.Even in the event of a system crash,system stability was restored within 10 days.The research results have strong reference significance for the practical application of anaerobic ammonia oxidation technology in high ammonia nitrogen wastewater such as landfill leachate,and provide technical support for the application of new low-carbon nitrogen removal process.
