基于创新创业能力培养的药学课外实验设计与实践——以“茶叶多酚润唇膏的研发”为例

摘　　要：基于大学生创新创业训练计划(简称“大创计划”)的教育改革实施,以培养德智体美劳全面发展且具有实践能力的药学应用型人才为目标,将大学生课外实验的设计及实践活动与大创计划项目有效融合,以实现大学生创新能力和实践能力的全面培养。以“茶叶多酚润唇膏的研发”为例,学生通过组建团队、基于生活确定研究课题、准备项目申请书、查阅文献制定实施方案、对实验结果进行科学分析和项目总结。整个实践过程加深了学生理论联系实际的应用能力,而且有效提升了其创新创业能力,为其未来就业创业奠定重要基础。Based on the implementation of the education reform of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Plan for College Students(hereinafter referred to as the“Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan”),with the goal of cultivating pharmaceutical application-oriented talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor and practical ability,the design and practical activities of college students'extracurricular experiments are effectively integrated with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan,so as to achieve the comprehensive cultivation of college students'innovation ability and practical ability.Taking the“Research of Tea Polyphenols Lip Balm”as an example,the students made scientific analysis and project summary of the experimental results by forming a team,determining research topics based on life,preparing project applications,consulting literature to develop implementation plans.The whole practice process has deepened students'application ability of integrating theory with practice,and effectively improved their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,laying an important foundation for their future employment and entrepreneurship.
