摘  要:为探讨外源油菜素内酯引发对劣变种子抗氧化能力的影响,试验采用燕麦(Avena sativa)种子为材料,人工老化后经不同浓度(0,0.01,0.10,0.50,1.00,10.00μmol·L^(-1))的油菜素内酯(Brassinosteroids,BR)溶液引发0(CK),1,6,12,18和24 h,分析了其发芽率、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(Ascorbate peroxidase,APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(glutathione reductase,GR)活性及丙二醛(Maloddialdehyde,MDA)含量的变化规律。结果表明:低浓度(0.01~0.50μmol·L^(-1))的BR可提高燕麦种子的发芽率,增加其SOD,CAT,APX和GR活性,降低其MDA含量;而BR浓度为10.00μmol·L^(-1)时(除引发18 h外),其发芽率、CAT、APX和GR活性均低于CK,增加MDA含量。浓度为0.01μmol·L^(-1)的油菜素内酯引发24 h可能是缓解燕麦种子老化的最佳处理。In order to explore the effect of exogenous brassinosteroid priming on the antioxidant capacity of deteriorated seeds,Oat(Avena sativa)seeds were used as materials,and tested them with different concentrations(0,0.01,0.10,0.50,1.00,10.00μmol·L^(-1))brassinosteroid solution initiated for 0(CK),1,6,12,18 and 24 h durations.The changes of germination rate,superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),glutathione reductase(GR)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were analyzed.The results showed that low concentration(0.01~0.50μmol·L^(-1))of BR improved the germination rate of oat seeds,and increase the activities of SOD,CAT,APX and GR,and reduce the content of MDA in the oat seeds.When the concentration of BR reached 10.00μmol·L^(-1)(except for 18 h initiation),the germination rate,CAT,APX and GR activities were lower than those of the seeds in CK,and the MDA content was higher.Priming with 0.01μmol·L^(-1)brassinolide for 24 h may be the best treatment to alleviate the aging of oat seeds.
