摘 要:碳化铪作为超稳定陶瓷材料在催化、半导体和光电领域发挥着重要的作用.碳化铪材料的合成往往需要在苛刻的条件(高温、高压)才能实现,而且合成的材料结晶性往往较差且形貌难以控制.文章利用相较于传统方法合成条件更加温和的镁热还原法合成形貌规整且结晶性高的碳化铪(HfC)纳米粒子,并将其作为二氧化碳环氧化加成反应的非均相催化剂.实验结果表明,该催化剂结构稳定,在0.8MPa,100℃的反应条件下,环氧丙烷与二氧化碳环氧化加成反应的转化率达到100%,选择性100%;对不同的环氧化物底物都具有高的催化活性,并且催化剂的循环寿命长,具有一定的实际应用潜力.As an ultra-stable ceramic material,hafnium carbide plays an important role in the fields of energy,catalysis,semiconductors and optoelectronics.Due to the limitation of its own properties,hafnium carbide has poor crystallinity and difficult morphology control,requires addition of high temperature and high pressure to synthesize.In this paper,we reported a kind of hafnium carbide(HfC)nanoparticles obtained by the magnesium thermal reduction.The synthesis conditions are milder than the traditional method,and it is used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the carbon dioxide epoxidation addition.The research shows that the particles were stable.Under the reaction conditions of 0.8 MPa and 100℃,the conversion rate of the epoxidation addition reaction of propylene oxide and carbon dioxide reaches 100%,and the selectivity is 100%,too.It has good catalytic activity and long cycle life,which has certain practical application potential.
