摘  要:运用文献资料法、专家访谈法及教学实验法等研究方法,分析不同背景干扰对羽毛球技能学习影响.得出:羽毛球动作技能学习中存在“背景干扰效应”,且不同程度背景干扰对初学者学习羽毛球技能的准确性和动作技术评分有显著性的提高.动作技能习得阶段,低背景干扰的练习方式更有利初学者技能的学习;动作保持阶段,中背景干扰能根据任务的难度在头脑中形成表征,并对技术动作进行再次建构;动作技能迁移阶段,高背景干扰能在未来的情境中表现出更高的水平.The research methods of literature and data method,expert interview method and teaching experiment method were used to analyze the influence of different background interference on badminton skill learning.It is concluded that there is a background interference effect in the learning of badminton motor skills,and different degrees of background interference have a significant improvement in the accuracy and action technique score of beginners learning badminton skills.In the motor skill acquisition stage,the practice method with low background interference is more conducive to the learning of beginners'skills;In the action maintenance phase,the background interference can form representations in the mind according to the difficulty of the task,and reconstruct the technical action;During the motor skill transfer phase,high background distractions can show a higher level in future situations.
