桂林入境游客旅游形象感知与时空特征分析

摘  要:入境游客的网络评论内容对潜在游客旅游决策产生着极大的影响。以桂林作为案例地,研究结果表明:①客源国数据中发达国家占比近85%,入境游客数量与国家经济发展水平、过境免签政策、人口数量、文化差异、距离远近等方面关系密切。②桂林山水旅游资源是入境游客的基本认知。游客总体评价较高,负面情绪主要集中在旅游景区管理水平、服务意识、景区基础设施等方面。③桂林入境游客在空间分布结构上呈现了三点聚集、交错扩散的分布结构,时间特征呈现出“两峰两谷”模式,客流量随季节、温度和大型节事活动等波动变化显著。The online comments of inbound tourists have a great impact on the tourism decision-making of potential tourists.This study takes Guilin as a case study.The results show that:①Developed countries account for nearly 85% of the tourist source country data.The number of inbound tourists is closely related to national economic development level,transit visa free policies,population,cultural differences,distance and other aspects.②Guilin landscape tourism resources are the basic cognition of inbound tourists.The overall evaluation of tourists is high,and the negative emotions mainly focus on the management level,service awareness,infrastructure,etc.③The spatial distribution structure of inbound tourists in Guilin presents a three-point aggregation and staggered diffusion distribution structure.The temporal characteristics show a“two peaks and two valleys”model.The passenger flow changes significantly with the season,temperature and large-scale festivals and events.
