摘　　要：调查研究是中国共产党的工作方法,也是中国共产党提高执政能力、保持政治稳定性、提升国家治理能力以及完善中国特色社会主义制度体系的重要机制。在中国共产党推动调查研究机制走向规范化、制度化的过程中,“调研政治”运作模式应运而生。其生动反映了通过调查研究统一思想认识、形成政治共识,继而规范治理行为、提升治理能力是中国共产党治国理政的内在机理,二者有着循序渐进、互为条件的逻辑关系。基于“调查研究是中国共产党做好一切工作的基础”这一前提而生成的“调查研究—认同聚合—科学决策—推动落实”的运行机制,彰显了“中国之治”的治理智慧。“调研政治”这一概念性图式高度概括了“中国之治”的独特逻辑和制度优势,是向世界展示中国智慧的重要旗帜。Investigation and research is the work method of the CPC,and also an important mechanism for the CPC to improve its ruling ability,maintain political stability,improve its national governance ability and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.In the process of the CPC promoting the standardization and institutionalization of the investigation and research mechanism,“Research Politics”operation mode came into being.“Research Politics”vividly reflects the internal mechanism of governance of the CPC through investigation and research to unify ideological understanding,form political consensus,and then standardize governance behavior and improve governance ability.The two have a logical relationship of gradual progress and mutual conditions.Based on the premise that“investigation and research is the basis for the CPC to do all its work well”,the operating mechanism of“investigation and research—identity aggregation—scientific decision-making—promoting implementation”highlights the governance wisdom of“Governance of China”.The conceptual schema of“Research Politics”highly summarizes the unique logic and institutional advantages of“Governance of China”,and is an important banner for showcasing China’s wisdom to the world.
