摘 要:目的:探讨森林草本植物多样性格局及驱动因子,可加深对森林生物多样性的认识。方法:针对贵州普定县42个喀斯特森林样地内草本被子植物和蕨类植物,探讨生境条件、空间和人类活动对两类草本植物谱系多样性格局的影响。结果:(1)草本被子植物谱系α多样性随人类活动增强而减小,蕨类植物谱系α多样性随坡位上升而减小;(2)两类草本植物谱系β多样性均随空间距离增大而增大,草本被子植物谱系β多样性还随人类活动增强而变化。结论:草本被子植物和蕨类植物谱系多样性的驱动因素有差异,前者受人类活动威胁,后者受生态位和空间过程控制。Objective:Exploring the patterns and drivers of herbaceous plant diversity in karst forests to deepen the understanding of forest biodiversity.Methods:Aiming at herbaceous angiosperms and pteri-dophytes in 42 karst forest plots in Puding County,Guizhou,investigating the effects of habitat condi-tions,geographical distance and human activities on the genealogical diversity patterns of the two types of herbaceous plants were discussed.Results:(1)The phylogeneticαdiversity of herbaceous angio-sperms declined with the intensification of human activities,while the phylogeneticαdiversity of pteri-dophytes decrease with the elevation of slope position.(2)The phylogeneticβdiversity of both herba-ceous increased with geographical distance,and the phylogeneticβdiversity of herbaceous angio-sperms was also related to the intensity of human activities.Conclusion:The driving factors of the phylo-genetic diversities of herbaceous angiosperms substantially differ from pteridophytes,in which the for-mer were under the threat of human activities,whereas the latter were mainly shaped by niche and spa-tial processes.
