品管圈在提高PIVAS抗肿瘤药物配置个人防护正确执行率的探索和应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在提高静脉用药集中调配中心(pharmacy intravenous admixture services,PIVAS)抗肿瘤药物配置时个人防护正确执行率应用的效果。方法选取东台市人民医院药学部PIVAS的15名调配人员为研究对象,开展品管圈活动,观察实施前(2019年7—8月)、实施后(2019年10—12月)调配人员抗肿瘤药物配置时的个人防护执行情况。结果活动开展后,调配人员在抗肿瘤药物配置时个人防护正确执行率由改善前的69.94%,明显提高到改善后的90.34%。品管圈小组成员各方面能力呈正向增长,活动引导圈员自主研发了实用新型防护目镜,并取得了国家专利。活动过后,PIVAS人员意外刺伤和药液外溢现象减少,配置速度提升。结论品管圈活动在提高PIVAS抗肿瘤药物配置个人防护正确执行率中的效果显著,对规范抗肿瘤药物配置防护标准流程,提高调配人员个人职业防护水平,提高药学服务内涵,促进医院人文关怀建设有积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of the application of quality control circle activities in improving the rate of correct implementation of personal protection during the allocation of antineoplastic drugs in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services,(PIVAS).Methods Fifteen dispensers from the PIVAS of the Department of Pharmacy of Dongtai People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects to carry out the quality control circle activities and observe the implementation of personal protection during antineoplastic drug configuration of the dispensers before(July to August 2019)and after(October to December 2019)implementation.Results After the activity,the correct execution rate of personal protection during antineoplastic drug dispensing by the dispensing staff increased significantly from 69.94%before the improvement to 90.34%after the improvement.The ability of the PIVAS team members in all aspects were positively increased,and the activity guided the circle members to independently develop a practical new type of protective goggles,and obtained a national patent.After the activity,the accidental stabbing injury and drug spillage of PIVAS personnel were reduced,the speed of configuration was improved.Conclusion The quality control circle activity is effective in improving the correct implementation rate of personal protection of antineoplastic drug allocation in PIVAS,and has a positive effect on standardizing the standard process of antineoplastic drug allocation protection,improving the level of personal occupational protection of dispensing personnel,improving the connotation of pharmacy service,and promoting the construction of humanistic care in hospitals.
