摘　　要：目的分析赤峰市医院2021年1—12月全院退药管理数据,探索医院工作人员在退药相关工作中采取管理措施所带来的益处,优化退药工作流程,提升工作效率。方法采集赤峰市医院2021年1—12月全部退药数据,分析退药原因,对比退药次数,体现医院针对退药工作采取管理措施所带来的优势。结果医护药工作人员采取措施改进工作,降低了退药总次数,减少了人为操作失误导致的退药情况,降低了护理人员平均每次退药消耗的时间成本。讨论医护药三方共同努力,通力合作,优化退药工作流程,减少退药次数,降低退药带来的多方面损失。Objective Analyze the management data of drug withdrawal in Chifeng City Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021,explore the benefits of hospital staff taking management measures in drug withdrawal related work,optimize the drug withdrawal workflow,and improve work efficiency.Methods All medication withdrawal data from January to December 2021 were collected from a tertiary care hospital to analyze the reasons for withdrawals,compare the number of withdrawals,and reflect the benefits of management measures taken by the hospital for withdrawal work.Results Measures taken by medical,nursing,and pharmacy staff to improve their work have reduced the total number of medication withdrawals,reduced the number of withdrawals due to human error,and reduced the average cost of nursing staff time consumed per withdrawal.Conclusion The medical,nursing,and pharmaceutical staff worked together and cooperated to optimize the medication withdrawal workflow,reduce the number of medication withdrawals,and reduce the multifaceted losses associated with medication withdrawals.
