摘　　要：造精神科护理安全文化营,可以明确护理人员在工作中的态度,促进其安全意识有效提高,使精神科护理差错事故、意外事件的发生风险降低,进而保证患者的治疗安全。本文主要论述安全文化在精神科护理管理中的应用。Creating a safety culture in psychiatric nursing can clarify the attitudes of nursing staff at work and promote their safety awareness effectively,so that the risk of psychiatric nursing errors and accidents can be reduced,thus ensuring the safety of patient treatment.This paper focuses on the application of safety culture in psychiatric nursing management.
