安全管理在降低精神科护理管理中风险事件和提高护理质量的应用

摘　　要：目的通过分析和改进影响护理安全的因素及防范措施,降低精神科不良事件的发生,提升护理质量。方法选取包头市精神卫生中心42名护理人员为研究对象,于2022年1月开始对护理人员进行安全管理,安全管理之前(2021年7—12月)设为对照组,实施常规管理;安全管理实施后(2022年1—6月)设为观察组。两组均为同批护理人员。干预后比较两组相关风险事件发生率和护理质量。结果观察组护士的护理文书书写、基础管理、专科护理、实践技能及消毒隔离评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件总发生率为11.90%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.368,P=0.011)。结论安全管理在精神科护理管理中具有提升护理服务质量,减少不良事件的作用。Objective To reduce the occurrence of psychiatric adverse events and improve the quality of nursing care by analyzing and improving the factors and preventive measures affecting nursing safety.Methods Forty-two nursing staff of Baotou City Mental Health Center were selected as the study objects,and safety management of nursing staff was started in January 2022.Before safety management(from July to December 2021)was set as the control group,and routine management was implemented;after safety management was implemented(from January to June 2022)was set as the observation group,and both groups were the same batch of nursing staff.The incidence of risk-related events and quality of care were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results Nurses in the observation group had higher nursing instrument writing,basic management,specialty care,practical skills and sterilization and isolation scores than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 11.90%,which was lower than that in the control group(19.05%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.368,P=0.011).Conclusion Safety management in psychiatric nursing management has the effect of improving nursing service quality and reducing adverse events.
