摘　　要：大数据时代下,医院的病案信息量增大,诸多纸质版的病案信息已经被电子版的病案信息所替代,在提高医院病案信息管理效率的同时也给管理工作带来了一定的风险。先进信息化管理系统的创建与应用,需要面临着电脑病毒以及电脑黑客入侵的风险,如若系统的防护性能偏低,又或者是人为管理存在疏漏等,则有可能会引发重要病案信息的泄露以及丢失等问题,因此可能会产生一系列的不良后果。本文对大数据时代下医院病案信息管理的意义以及存在的问题进行分析,对其具体的管理措施展开了探讨。Case information is an important part of health information,and it has an important role in medical practice,hospital management,education,medical disputes,scientific research,and medical insurance.And the management of hospital case information is an important element of hospital management.In the era of big data,the volume of hospital case information has increased,and many paper-based case information has been replaced by electronic case information,which has brought certain risks to management while improving the efficiency of hospital case information management.The creation and application of advanced information management systems are subject to the risk of computer viruses and computer hacking.If the protection performance of the system is low,or if there is negligence in human management,it may lead to leakage and loss of important case information,which may result in a series of adverse consequences.This paper analyzes the significance and problems of hospital case information management in the era of big data,and then discusses the specific management measures.
