摘　　要：目的对扬州市某有色金属压铸企业进行现状调查与评价,为职业卫生监管部门开展职业卫生监督、监察工作提供依据。方法2022年3—5月在职业卫生现场调查基础上采用现场调查法、检验检测法、检查表等,评价扬州市某有色金属压铸企业单位职业病危害因素。结果有噪声、其他粉尘、铝合金粉尘、电焊烟尘等为职业病危害因素。检测结果显示,压铸车间的压铸、抛丸岗位、机加工车间的测漏岗位共5个作业点8 h等效声级(A计权)≥85 dB,不符合职业接触限值要求。结论噪声超出职业接触限值的岗位要改进生产工艺控制声源及声音的传播,加强员工个人防护用品佩戴的监督管理,加强企业职业卫生管理。Objective To investigate and evaluate the current situation of a non-ferrous metal die-casting enterprise in Yangzhou City,and provide a basis for occupational health supervision and monitoring by the occupational health supervisory department.Methods From March to May 2022 On-site survey method,inspection and testing method and checklist were used on the basis of occupational health site survey.Evaluate the occupational disease hazard factors of a non-ferrous metal die-casting enterprise unit in Yangzhou city.Results There were noise,other dust,aluminum alloy dust,welding fume and dust as occupational disease hazard factors.The test results show that the die-casting and shot-blasting positions in the die-casting workshop and the leak detection positions in the machining workshop have a total of 5 operating points with 8 h equivalent sound level(A weighting)≥85 dB,which does not meet the occupational exposure limit value requirements.Conclusion The positions whose noise exceeds the occupational exposure limit should improve the production process to control the sound source and sound transmission,strengthen the supervision and management of employees wearing personal protective equipment,and strengthen the enterprise occupational health management.
