“1+X”背景下核心课程课证融通的实践研究

摘　　要：老年保健与管理专业作为输送专业人才的重要保障,必须要适应社会发展需求,开展课程改革,弥补传统教学中存在的问题。从现阶段老年保健与管理专业教学来说,实践教学环节缺乏有效实施方案,同时职业院校教学工作并没有与产业需求相结合,造成职业教育的效果不佳,影响了专业人才的培养。基于“1+X”证书制度试点改革工作,老年保健与管理专业需要从自身的专业特点出发,调整人才培养目标,结合老年照护职业技能等级标准,开展教学方案的优化,积极促进老年照护职业技能等级证书与专业课程之间的融合,借助课程融通的模式,为教学工作的开展提供新的思路。Aged health care and management as an important guarantee to transport professional talents,must adapt to the needs of social development,carry out curriculum reform,make up for the problems in traditional teaching.From the teaching of geriatric health care and management at the present stage,the practical teaching is lack of effective implementation plan,and the teaching work of vocational colleges does not combine with the needs of the industry,resulting in poor vocational education effect,affecting the training of professional talents.Based on the pilot reform of the"1+X"certificate system,the geriatric health and management major needs to adjust the talent training objectives based on its own professional characteristics,carry out the optimization of teaching programs in combination with the grade standard of geriatric care vocational skills,and actively promote the integration of the grade certificate of geriatric care vocational skills and professional courses.With the help of the curriculum integration mode,It provides new ideas for the development of teaching work.
