银黄滴丸联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗慢性咽炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨银黄滴丸联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗慢性咽炎的效果。方法 120例老年慢性咽炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例,对照组使用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上口服银黄滴丸。结果 治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者经治疗后,血液中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞水平均有明显下降,同组患者治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且治疗组患者血液中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 银黄滴丸联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液在治疗慢性咽炎的疗效较好。Objective To explore the effect of Yinhuang dropping pills combined with budesonide suspension for inhalation in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods 120 elderly patients with chronic pharyngitis,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 60 cases,the control group used Budesonide suspension for nebulizer inhalation,the experimental group was treated with Yinhuang dropping pills on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood neutrophil and eosinophil granulocyte decreased significantly in both groups,with a significant dfference before and after treatment in the same group(P<0.05).The levels of blood neutrophil and eosinophil granulocyte in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinhuang dropping pill combined with budesonide suspension for inhalation has a better effect in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
