以疏通理论采用针刺放血法治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症经验

摘　　要：笔者认为外邪、正虚、血瘀所致经络不通为老年性皮肤瘙痒症发病的核心病机,本病治疗应以疏通为理论基础,结合辨证论治。治疗方法以改良局部点刺放血以疏通局部经络气血,再结合体针辨证取穴以扶正祛邪,临床上取得明显治疗效果。The author thinks that the core pathogenesis of cutaneous pruritus is the obstruction of meridians caused by external pathogens,asthenia of healthy energy and blood stasis.The treatment of this disease should be based on the theory of dredging and combined with syndrome differentiation.The treatment method is the local pricking bloodletting which has been improved to dredge the local meridian qi and blood,and then combine the dialectical acupoints of body acupuncture to strengthen the body resistance and eliminate the evil,which has achieved obvious therapeutic effect in clinic.
