摘　　要：目的 积极探索和建设医疗集团,推动集团成员单位整体服务能力和管理水平的提升。方法 某大型公立医院积极把握医改新形势,融入“长三角”医疗圈,落实医疗集团工作职能,推进医疗集团同质化管理。同时加强制度建设,完善服务体系,推动分级诊疗与双向转诊,完善帮扶机制,加强管理队伍建设,推行资源共享,加强医疗集团学术交流与人才队伍建设。结果 医疗集团建设提升了远程医疗服务内涵,专科技术水平和科研能力也获得明显提升,实现了医疗资源上下贯通,以及医疗集团工作的科学化、规范化、精细化管理。结论 医疗集团建设是全面深化医改的重要组成部分,有助于调整优化医疗资源结构布局,提升医疗服务能力,更好地满足广大人民群众健康需求。Objective In order to actively explore and build a medical group and promote the overall service ability and management level of the member units of the group.Methods A large public hospital actively grasped the new situation of medical reform,integrated into the“Yangtze River Delta”medical circle,implemented the work functions of medical groups,and promoted the homogenization management of medical groups.In addition,the hospital has also strengthened system construction,improved service system,promoted graded diagnosis and treatment and two-way referral,improved assistance mechanism,strengthened management team construction,promoted resource sharing,and strengthened academic exchange and talent team construction of medical groups.Results The construction of medical group has improved the connotation of telemedicine service,and its specialized technical level and scientific research ability have also been significantly improved,realizing the connection of medical resources from top to bottom and the scientific,standardized and refined management of medical group work.Conclusion The construction of medical group is an important part of deepening medical reform in an all-round way,which can adjust and optimize the structural layout of medical resources,improve medical service capacity and better meet the health needs of the broad masses of people.
