摘　　要：目的 对不稳定型心绞痛治疗中,研究瓜蒌薤白半夏汤的具体实施效果。方法 以聊城市人民医院中医科在2020年10月—2022年12月收治的82例不稳定型心绞痛痰瘀互结证患者为研究对象(通过住院号末位数字奇偶值分组):研究组(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤)、对照组(常规治疗)各41例,对比两组患者西雅图心绞痛量表(Seattle angina questionnaire,SAQ)、中医证候积分、心绞痛发作情况、治疗有效率等数据差异。结果SAQ评分分析,研究组各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组心绞痛发作情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗价值高,可以帮助患者改善心绞痛发作情况,有效率高,降低中医证候积分,可推广。Objective To study the specific effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 82 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients with phlegm-stasis interlocking syndrome admitted to the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Liaocheng People’s Hospital from October 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research object(grouped by the parity value of the last digit of hospitalization number).The study group(Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction)and the control group(conventional treatment),with 41 cases each,were compared with the Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ),TCM syndrome scores,angina attacks,total treatment effectiveness and other data differences between the two groups.Results SAQ score analysis showed that all indexes of study group were higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The angina attack in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction has high therapeutic value,can help patients improve the attack of angina pectoris,has a high effective rate,and can reduce the TCM syndrome score,which can be popularized.
