拨针松解大椎主穴在椎动脉型颈椎病中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨椎动脉型颈椎病患者实行拨针松解大椎主穴治疗的临床效果。方法 本研究选取2020年6月—2022年6月收治的90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者为观察对象。分组方式为随机抽样法,针刀松解术治疗纳入参照组,拨针松解大椎穴治疗纳入研究组,比对两组治疗效果、功能评估量表(evaluation scale for cervical vertigo,ESCV)评分、左椎动脉、右椎动脉及椎基底动脉平均血流速度及血液流变学指标。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(95.56%)高于参照组(80.00%),改良ESCV评分均低于参照组(P <0.05);研究组患者治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉及椎基底动脉平均血流速度比参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者治疗后红细胞变形指数、红细胞电泳指数水平较参照组明显升高,红细胞比容、血沉及血浆黏度水平较参照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 椎动脉型颈椎病患者实行拨针松解大椎主穴治疗,有利于减轻病患疼痛感,改善恶心呕吐症状,提升治疗有效率,实践价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of relieving the main point of Dazhui by pulling the needle in patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods A total of 90 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects in this study.The grouping method was random sampling.Acupotomolysis treatment was included in the reference group,and acupotomolysis treatment at Dazhui point was included in the study group.Treatment effects,evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)scores,left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and vertebrobasilar artery average flow velocity and hemorheology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.56%)was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),and the improved ESCV score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and vertebrobasilar artery average flow velocity in the study group were higher than those in the reference group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the red blood cell deformation index and red blood cell electrophoresis index in the study group were significantly increased compared with the reference group,while the red blood cell volume,sedimentation rate and plasma viscosity levels were significantly decreased in the study group compared with the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,the practice of acupuncture to loosen the main point of Dazhui is beneficial to reduce the pain of patients,improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,improve the treatment efficiency,and has high practical value.
