摘　　要：腹股沟疝修补术是临床最常见的手术之一。虽然手术方式不断推陈出新,但少数患者仍出现补片排斥反应、疼痛、切口感染、髂血管损伤、疝复发等并发症。很少有外科医生关注其对男性生殖功能影响,近十多年来部分学者认为该类手术可能对精道结构、睾丸产生潜在影响。目前,腹股沟疝修补术与生殖功能障碍之间的关系尚存争议,笔者对各类腹股沟疝修补术及不同材质的补片对精道结构、睾丸生精功能、睾丸内分泌功能、性功能的影响及其机制进行综述,并总结了预防措施,为广大临床医生提供参考。Inguinal hernia repair is one of the most common operations in clinic.Despite the rapid emergence of new and better surgical methods,a small number of patients develop complications after the surgery,such as mesh rejection,pain,incision infection,iliac vascular injury and hernia recurrence.The effects of the surgery on male reproductive function are seldom concerned by surgeons.In the past decade,some scholars believe that this surgery may have potential impacts on the structure of seminal canal and testis.Now,the relationship between inguinal hernia repair and reproductive dysfunction is still controversial.This review describes the effect and related mechanism of various inguinal herniorrhaphy and mesh of different materials on structure of the seminal canal,testicular spermatogenic function,testicular endocrine function,and sexual function,summarizing preventive measures,and providing reference for clinicians.
