基于蓄血证论治ⅢB型前列腺炎探析

摘　　要：蓄血证源于《伤寒论》,其病机为瘀热互结,ⅢB型前列腺炎的主要发病机制亦为瘀热互结。基于蓄血证的病机、病位,分析ⅢB型前列腺炎的治疗思路,以期提高中医药治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。The blood accumulation syndrome originated from Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Its pathogenesis is blood stasis and heat interjunction.The main pathogenesis of typeⅢB prostatitis is also blood stasis and heat interjunction.Based on the pathogenesis and location of blood accumulation syndrome,the treatment ideas of typeⅢB prostatitis were analyzed in order to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of typeⅢB prostatitis.
