摘　　要：目的观察原发性生殖器疱疹(PGH)患者治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群水平变化,并分析治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群水平对1年内频繁复发的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2021年5月台州市第一人民医院诊治的177例PGH患者作为研究对象,并随访1年,治疗后接受T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))检查。根据随访期间频繁复发情况,分为频繁复发组(1年内复发≥6次)与非频繁复发组(1年内复发<6次)。比较两组基线资料及治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群水平;分析治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群水平对PGH患者1年内频繁复发的影响。结果随访1年期间,177例PGH患者中,频繁复发55例,频繁复发率为31.07%。频繁复发组合并糖尿病占比高于非频繁复发组,治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)低于非频繁复发组,CD8^(+)高于非频繁复发组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高表达是PGH患者治疗后1年内频繁复发的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05);CD8^(+)高表达是其危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论PGH患者治疗后1年内频繁复发可能受治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。Objective To observe the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with primary genital herpes(PGH)after treatment,and to analyze the effect of T lymphocyte subsets on frequent recurrence within 1 year after treatment.Methods 177 patients with PGH who were treated in Taizhou First People′s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and follow-up for 1 year.T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))were examined after treatment.They were divided into frequent recurrence group(recurrence≥6 times within 1 year)and non frequent recurrence group(recurrence<6 times within 1 year)according to their frequent recurrence during follow-up.The baseline data and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets after treatment were compared between the two groups.The effect of T lymphocyte subsets after treatment on the frequent recurrence of patients with PGH within 1 year were analyzed.Results During 1 year follow-up,177 patients with PGH recurred frequently in 55 cases,with a frequency recurrence rate of 31.07%.The proportion of diabetes mellitus in frequent recurrence group was higher than that in non frequent recurrence group.After treatment,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in frequent recurrence group were lower than that in non frequent recurrence group,and CD8^(+)was higher than that in non frequent recurrence group(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the high expression of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)after treatment was a protective factor for frequent recurrence of patients with PGH within 1 year after treatment(OR<1,P<0.05);the high expression of CD8^(+)was a risk factor(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions The frequent recurrence of patients with PGH within 1 year after treatment may be affected by the level of T lymphocyte subsets after treatment.
