摘  要:使用PCD刀具在螺旋铣孔工艺下以铣削力F为评价指标对全烧结氧化锆陶瓷材料精密加工小孔进行单因素铣削试验,确定正交试验的铣削参数(主轴转速n、每齿进给量fz及轴向切削深度ap)。再以内孔表面粗糙度Ra、盲孔入口崩碎宽度△w及材料去除率Z为孔加工质量与效率的评价指标进行正交铣削试验。通过正交优化方法的极差分析研究了铣削参数对Ra和Δw评价指标的影响规律,采用优化后的参数进行了针对孔质量与效率的优化试验。结果表明,当主轴转速n=30000r/min、每齿进给量fz=6μm/z、轴向切削深度ap=7μm时,可以在材料去除率较高的同时获得较好的内孔表面质量和较窄的盲孔入口崩碎宽度。The PCD tool is used to carry out single factor milling test on precision machining small holes of fully sintered zirconia ceramic materials with milling force F as the evaluation index under the spiral milling process,and the milling parameters(spindle speed n,feed per tooth f,and axial cutting depth a,)of orthogonal test are determined.The inner hole surface roughness Ra,the blind hole inlet crushing width Aw and the material removal rate Z are the evaluation indexes of hole processing quality and efficiency,and the orthogonal milling test is carried out.Through the range analysis of orthogonal optimization method,the primary and secondary effects and laws of milling parameters on Ra and Aw evaluation indexes are studied.Through the optimized parameters,the optimization test for hole quality and efficiency is carried out.The results show that when the spindle speed n is 30000r/min and the feed rate per tooth f,is 6μm/z,axial cutting depth a,is 7μm,the fully sintered zirconia small hole under spiral milling can obtain better inner hole surface quality and narrow blind hole inlet crushing width at the same time of higher material removal rate.
