摘  要:车齿工艺具有生产效率高、适应齿轮类型广的优点,近年得到了快速发展。车齿刀几何结构复杂,其前刀面有平面、锥面和球面不同构型,对切削力与温度具有显著影响。通过建立三种典型前刀面构型的车齿刀模型以及具有对应切削刃空间切削轨迹的工件模型,对不同车齿刀的切削性能进行有限元仿真,实现对切削过程中各参数动态变化的预测,并分析选用不同前刀面几何构型对刀具主切削力和温度分布的影响。结果表明,球形前刀面构型切削力较另两种构型更小且更平稳,高温分布区域更少,适用于车齿刀实际加工。The gear skiving process has the advantages of high production efficiency and wide adaptation to gear types,and has been developing rapidly in recent years.The geometry of skiving tools is complex and the rake face has different configurations of flat,tapered and spherical surfaces,which have a significant impact on cutting forces and temperature.In this paper,three typical rake face geometries and workpiece models with corresponding cutting edge trajectories are established,the finite element simulation of the cutting performance of different cutting tools to predict the dynamic changes of the parameters during cutting is carried out,and the influence of the choice of different front face geometries on the main cutting force and temperature distribution of the tool is analyzed.The results show that the tool with spherical rake face configuration has a high degree of stability,with a lower and smoother cutting force than the other two,and the high temperature distribution area is less,making it suitable for the actual machining of the skiving tool.
